TLC Tea Blend
One teaspoon (approx. 2-3g) of the blend per cup of tea should be a good serving size. This would provide about 10–12 servings from a 25g batch. No more than 1-2 cups per day.
Boil and strain:
Bring a cup of water to a boil on the stove or in the kettle. Once the water has boiled, turn off the heat. Add the hot water to a pot or mug, then add 1-2 teaspoons of the herbs. Let the herbs steep for 5-15 minutes, depending on how strong you want the taste. After steeping, strain the herbs and enjoy your herbal infusion!
Use a tea strainer:
Bring a cup of water to a boil on the stove or in the kettle. Once the water has boiled, turn off the heat. Add the water to a mug with a tea strainer containing 1-2 teaspoons of the herbs, and let it steep for 5-15 minutes, depending on how strong you want the taste. Remove the strainer and enjoy your tea. Also, I sell tea strainers on my website!
